The present location of Northside Baptist Church was originally a small family owned farm. In 1964, the farm was purchased by First Baptist Church of Northglenn, which was meeting in the basement of a home on Logan Court. The largest building on the property was a barn (shown right) used to keep chickens. The church immediately remodeled the barn into their first auditorium. After First Baptist merged with Alpha Baptist of Thornton, Northside Baptist Church was born. The "old barn" served as the House of Worship for two churches for 23 years, undergoing several renovations over the years, including one from a major fire in 1986.

Our present facilities include the original building, a two story education wing, and a spacious geodesic dome auditorium (completed in 1987). The property also has as an enclosed work area and fenced playground.
